Tip: Vacuuming
We recommend vacuuming the floors before steam cleaning. Only steam clean laminated floors if you are sure they have been laid and glued properly.

1. Laminated and parquet floors (neither oiled nor waxed) are no problem, either. Clean with two (= 4 layers) so that a reduced amount of steam reaches the sureface. Reduce steam flow to a minimum (if your model has a steam flow adjustment).

2. Use the SC 1702 only in the steam mode. Work speedily when wiping the floor. Do not direct the steaming tool at any one spoot longer than necessary. Make sure that no puddles form. Remaining moisture will then dry quickly without leaving streaks.
