With the Kärcher steam pressure ironing system you can save up to 50 % of your time! The Kärcher ironing board features both a blower function and active steam extraction. Thanks to the steam extraction feature, the laundry and fixated to the board while the moisture is extracted off. The blower function blows up the surface of the iron like a balloon. This prevents wrinkles from forming, even with sensitive fabrics. The SC 1402 steam cleaner is especially well-suited to cleaning large amounts of laundry in combination with the steam pressure iron with its refillable tank system.
1. When steam ironing, set your iron to maximum temperature. As the steam is discharged continuously, your laundry – whether cotton, silk or linen – cannot overheat.
2. Special equipment, non-stick soleplate: Use it to prevent shiny spots from forming on sensitive and dark fabrics (e.g. linens). You no longer need to iron printed t-shirts inside out.
3. Due to the high steam pressure, even heavy jeans can be ironed from one side only. Do not press too much with the iron and move it slowly along the piece of laundry – the steam pressure does all the work for you.
