The biological parts cleaner PC 100 M2 BIO points out a new innovative solution for removing oil, grease, soot, etc. from all kinds of parts. A water based cleaning detergent without solvents is achieving excellent cleaning results. Organic particles like oil, lubricant and other greases from the parts are biologically degenerated. Natural microorganisms (microbes) are added through a filter mat into the cleaning solution and degenerate hydrocarbons into H2O and CO2. An optimal degeneration performance is ensured with the constant temperature of the cleaning liquid at 38°C.
Due to this biological recycling no regular changes of the cleaning liquid are required and a cost-intensive waste disposal is not necessary. Furthermore a constantly high cleaning performance is guaranteed. The PC 100 M2 BIO is a 2 person parts cleaner that can be used for cleaning parts up to a weight of 100 kg (max. load is tested up to 230 kg) by using 2 convenient flow-through brushes and a flexible nozzle.
