High-Pressure Hot Water Generator

The innovative hot water generator HWE 4000 represents decades of Kärcher's experience in generating hot water on the basis of liquid and gas fuels. The HWE 4000 can be used for generating both hot water and steam for tank interior cleaning. Heat exchangers that work according to the counterflow principle are used for generating hot water by means of saturated steam.

WT 560/1100 heat exchanger

TÜV-tested stationary high-pressure counterflow unit for generating hot water. Designed for a temperature increase of up to 95 °C, driven by saturated steam. The welded pre-head and the pipe bundle in the pressure-resistant housing ensure high reliability and low operating costs.

HWE 4000 hot water generator

Standing stationary flow heaters for supplying hot water from stationary cleaning systems. Cylindrical coiled pipe package made of stainless steel with two-way construction. Boiler jacket and burner plate with high temperature-resistant heat insulation for heating with performance-aligned two-stage type-tested serial burners.
