High-pressure pumps

Kärcher high-pressure pumps for tank interior cleaning are designed for use with pure water as well as solvents, acids and lyes. Special types are permitted for explosive areas. Various pressures and almost unlimited flow rates can be achieved by the appropriate pump capacity design. Specific attachment sets open up universal applications. Mobile systems are being increasingly used in the chemical industry, especially for cleaning stationary mixing containers and tanks with water-insoluble substances.

HD 4000 E

High-pressure pumps for stationary cleaning systems specially made for cleaning the interiors of tanks with water and the addition of alkaline or acidic cleaning agents – flow rate of 65 l/min or 50 l/min at pressures of up to 100 bar.

Stainary high pressure supply HDI 38/12

The new pump unit forming the core of the tank interior cleaning unit is designed for long service lives in industrial use as it is made of high-quality materials such as stainless steel and ceramics. The volumetric flow rate is 63 l/min at 120 bar. Numerous attachment kits including automatic volume control, 2x suction-side cleaning agent dosing and hot water operation (80°C) make diverse applications possible.

Stainary high pressure supply HDI 56/20

Robust industrial pumps designed for interior cleaning of large containers such as rail tank waggons. The volumetric flow rate is 93 l/min at 200 bar. Specific attachment sets from the suction-side cleaning agent dosing, automatic volume control and hot water operation (80°C) extend the range of potential applications.

Stationary high-pressure supply SHD-R 3000 S

Belt-driven plunger pump for using drinking water as a cleaning medium. The volumetric flow rate is 50 l/min at 100 bar. The unit is made all-purpose with specific add-on kits such as intake-side cleaning agent supply and hot water operation up to 80°C.

SHD-R 3000 SSR + SHD-R 3000 SLA

Stationary high-pressure pumps for cleaning with acids and lyes – flow rates of 50 l/min each at pressures of up to 100 bar. Versions with ATEX 94/ 9 certification upon request.

Mobile Hochdruckversorgung SHD-R 3000 FLM -Ex-

Riemengetriebene Plungerpumpe nach ATEX 94/9 für die Verwendung von Lösungsmitteln im Ex-Bereich als Reinigungsmedium (Art, Konzentration und Zulauftemperatur entsprechend den Vorgaben von Kärcher). Der Volumenstrom beträgt 50l/min bei 50 bar. Hochwertige Materialien wie RG, Keramik, Teflon in Verbindung mit einer großen Abtropfstrecke sowie die interne Leckage-Rückführung gewährleisten hohe Standzeiten.
