Kärcher interior cleaners are widely designed for universal applications and for the most part come with a ATEX-94/9 permit. The flow rate capacity and opertaing pressure can be adjusted to the respective application. Jet drive by means of electrical or compressed air motor. The desired rotary motion of the nozzles is achieved by means of the coupled rotation of the nozzle carrier at two levels. The asymmetric toothing with numerous teeth ensures complete coverage and intensive cleaning of the entire inner surface.

For openings of 50 mm diameter and up: electrical or compressed air-driven interior cleaning head HKF 50 for containers of up to 3,000 l with a pressure of up to 100 bar. Acids and lyes covering a wide pH-range can be used as cleaning agents.

For openings of 200 mm diameter and up: the HKS 100 with two or four nozzles and self-drive (blowback principle). Suitable for containers of up to approx. 40,000 l with a maximum working pressure of 100 bar. Parts exposed to media are made of stainless steel, making them suitable for use with acids, lyes, solvents and acetone as cleaning agents.

For openings of 200 mm diameter and up: electrical or compressed air-driven stainless steel interior cleaning head HKF 200 with two or four nozzles. Up to 200 bar pressure for large containers of up to 70,000 l. All parts exposed to media are made of stainless steel, making them suitable for use with wide-ranging acids, lyes, solvents and acetone as cleaning agents.

Compressed air-driven interior cleaning head for industrial applications with an emphasis on rail tank waggons. Steaming using a separate nozzle. Increases the range by means of a folding mechanism. Suitable for 4 and 8-axle rail tank waggons.
