State-of-the-art system control:
Kärcher system control units represent the state-of-the-art. Every control unit from the relay control to the PLC control is individually designed for the respective system. The range includes the electrical control unit of all componentry, switch box
with main and control circuits, operating hour meter for every HP pump as well as a fault sensor for every assembly. Automatic and manual operation are available. In keeping with Kärcher's high standards of quality, only the components of well-known manufacturers are used apart from original Kärcher units.
PLC control unit:
Elaborate and specially designed software controls the system using a unit based on a freely programmable system (PLC). The control and system concept includes various options that make individual adaptation to customer-specific
general conditions possible.
Touch panel:
An optional user-friendly touchpanel makes it possible to control and adjust the control unit parameters as well as the display of error messages.
Cleaning Data Management (CDM):
Kärcher CDM software records operating times, consumption values and individual parameters during a cleaning phase. These data are stored in a Microsoft Access file, whereby they are availble for customer-specific evaluation and can be printed out when the program is terminated.
Teleservices:
Any system can be set up in a network using a ISDN data line. This makes rea-time access to the control unit possible in order to execute software updates as well as to be able to use online support if necessary.
ATEX
All remote controls provided by Kärcher can also be delivered as ATEX versions with certifications.
