Kärcher Canada, located in Mississauga, Ontario, is a subsidiary of Alfred Kärcher GmBh and Co. located in Germany. Kärcher is family owned, has been in business since 1935 and is now the world’s largest manufacturer of cleaning equipment. Al Bennett joined Kärcher Canada in 2000 as Director, Commercial Business Development. Al has over 30 years of experience in the cleaning equipment industry in Canada. Prior to joining Kärcher, he held a variety of senior management positions with John Brooks Company, a major Canadian Distributor of power equipment, components and products for the agricultural and cleaning equipment industries. These positions included Business Development, National Account Management, Marketing Management and Sales Management.

In July of 2007, Al was promoted to the role of Managing Director for the Kärcher and Windsor Floor Care business in Canada. In January of 2010, the Kärcher Pressure Washer portfolio for Canada was added to his responsibilities.

Al holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Western Ontario.
