All machines from the Home & Garden range, as well as some small machines from the Professional range.

How much does it cost?

The repair is free of charge within the warranty period of your machine. Repairs outside this warranty period are carried out at a fixed price, started from XX euros.

2. Complete the online repair order, for this you need:

Your machine details
Your warranty details (for repairs outside warranty we display the repair price immediately)

3. Now print out the repair documents and enclose them with the packed machine.

4. For shipping, you can either use our convenient collection service or send the package at your nearest GLS parcel shop.

5. While your machine is being repaired, you receive status updates in the myKärcher customer portal.

6. We return your repaired machine free of charge.
