ACCOUNTING

We offer Accounting Services for all our subsidiaries within the Kärcher Group. This includes general ledger, group consolidation, accounts payable and accounts receivable. We are implementing and executing worldwide standardised accounting processes and driving efficiency by using state of the art technology.

CONTROLLING / FP&A Services

We support our Business Partners worldwide by creating financial and non-financial reports, detailed analysis on regular basis and/or on demand. We continuously improve our standard processes and develop digital solutions. Last but not least we ensure the adherence to rules, regulations and procedures within the Group.

PROCUREMENT & SOURCING

(Non production material)

We are responsible for purchasing non-production materials worldwide within the Kärcher Group. Beside the responsibility for the global commodities (e.g. fleet, IT, facility, media) we take care about the stakeholder experience and compliance by implementing and improving of our purchasing tools.

TRAVEL & EXPENSES

We ensure a smooth travel experience before, during and after business trips within the Kärcher Group. Together with external partners and by using of digital solutions, the department provides the necessary services for travelers to travel smart and safe , including taking care of their travel expense reimbursements afterwards.

TAX

(China only)

We take care of tax operations and tax planning with dedicated tax professionals. Government affairs are also part of our remit. Finally ensuring tax compliance is completing our process portfolio.
