    Returns & Cancellation Policy

    The policies outlined below apply to purchases made directly on the Kärcher Ireland Online Shop. They are provided in addition to your legal rights under the Irish Consumer Rights Act 2022, which remain unaffected.

    Right of Withdrawal

    If you have ordered a product directly from Kärcher in our online shop and wish to exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal to return all or some of the goods, without giving reason, you can do so here:

    Request Withdrawal

    In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products in accordance with our refunds policy.

    We can only provide a full refund for products that are unopened, unused and returned to us in the original packaging. If you do change your mind during the cooling off period, you must return your purchase to us at your own cost in original packaging.

    You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the product while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.

    The rights and benefits under the guarantee are additional to your statutory rights which are not affected by this warranty.

    To ensure we provide you with the fastest and most convenient service, please contact us in advance of returning goods for refund.

    Return Policy

    Goods ordered from Kärcher Ireland are delivered directly from our warehouse to the delivery address specified by the customer. If you have any of the below issues please ensure you contact Kärcher Ireland within 30 days of receipt of your order:

    • Damaged goods in transit
    • Missing parts in box
    • Incomplete order (please note occasionally items are delivered separately)
    • Any other product defects
    • Any other concerns regarding your order

    Refund Details & Processing Times:

    • Cooling-Off Period Returns: If you cancel the Contract and exercise your right of withdrawal within the 14-day cooling-off period, we will refund the price of the Product in full, including any applicable standard delivery charges. However, you will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the item to us. Please note that as there is a flat charge for delivery, we will not refund delivery charges where you only return part of an order.
    • Processing Times: We will examine the returned product and process any refund due as soon as possible, and in any case, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice or returned goods. Please note that during busy periods (e.g., Christmas and Bank Holidays) our internal inspection may take slightly longer. Please allow up to 5-7 working days for your bank to process this refund into your account.
    • Defective or Damaged Products: If you return a product for any other reason (such as a transit defect) and we opt to refund the price of a defective product, we will refund the price of the Product in full, any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.
    • Cancellations Before Shipping: If you cancel your order before the goods are shipped, a refund can be processed at the time of cancellation. Please allow up to 5–7 working days for your bank to process this into your account.
    • Cancellations After Shipping: If you cancel your order after the goods have been shipped, we will advise you on the appropriate course of action for your specific circumstance.
    • As there is a flat charge for delivery we will not refund delivery charges where you only return part of an order.

    Please note, the above information only applies to orders from our Online Shop website. Products purchased elsewhere should be returned directly to the retailer from which they were originally purchased.

    How to Start Your Return

    To help us process your return as quickly as possible, please follow these steps:

    • Have your order number ready: This can be found on your order confirmation. If you wish, you can also let us know your reason for the return, in case we can help you resolve any issues first.
    • Locate your serial number: This is a 6-digit number found on your machine (if you can't find it, just ask - we can help!).
    • Photos: Please note that we may request photos of the goods or their packaging.

    Important Note on Detergents & Chemicals:

    You must notify Kärcher Ireland within 7 days of delivery if you believe that a detergent or chemical is damaged on delivery. You will not have any right to cancel an order for detergents or chemicals if the container seal has been broken or tampered with.
