Good-tasting drinking water whenever it's needed – the WFP 12 + 3 water filter jug is a particularly sustainable solution. The 3-in-1 Active Soft Bag filter removes chlorine, improves the flavour of the water and reduces water hardness and limescale. The filter cartridge is reusable; only the teabag-like Active Soft Bag filter needs to be replaced regularly. It has sufficient capacity for 100 litres of water or approx. four weeks. A manual filter change indicator, that does not require batteries, is integrated on the inside of the lid and an additional reminder can be set in the Kärcher app. When it comes to disposal, Kärcher has done away with all electronics to simplify the recycling process. The water filter jug with its slimline design fits in any fridge door. A rubber base prevents scratches on surfaces. The wide handle is designed to ensure a good grip. A magnetic slider keeps the lid open for convenient, drip-free filling and pouring. With the exception of the lid, all parts can be cleaned in the dishwasher. With a material content of 65 percent biobased plastic*, the WFP 12 + 3 also helps to save valuable resources. Three Active Soft Bag filters included. * Jug, jug insert, filter housing.

Reusable filter cartridge
Innovative and sustainable solution: plastic waste is reduced as the filter cartridge does not need to be replaced. Easy to use: the only part that needs replacing is the teabag-like Active Soft Bag filter inside the cartridge, which is made from fine filter fleece and needs to be replaced as necessary or at the latest after 100 litres or 4 weeks.
Sustainable choice of materials – made from 65% biobased plastic*
* Refers to jug, jug insert, filter housing. Plastic made from biobased waste and residual materials such as kitchen waste and waste from wood processing. Carafe and inner container made of 70% biobased plastic. Manufacture of plastic made from biobased waste and residual materials reduces greenhouse gas emissions by up to 93% compared with a fossil-based product.
No electronics (no battery)

- The 3-in-1 Active Soft Bag filter with fine filter mesh, activated carbon and softener resin effectively filters out limescale, chlorine, heavy metals and residues from tap water for better quality drinking water.
- The filter also reduces water hardness and traps substances that could taint the flavour. This means that appliances such as coffee machines are protected from the effects of limescale too.
