- The above warranty period commences from the date of purchase.
- Please supply this warranty including receipt when making a warranty claim.
- The warranty does not cover any reimbursement arising from transportation charges.
- Home and Garden items such as filters, brushes, hoses, O-rings, batteries, cloth sets, accessories and other normal wear and tear parts are excluded from this warranty.
- Should the Home & Garden (Retail) products be used for commercial, rental purposes or any other purpose other than home use, warranty is considered void.
- This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to products sold in the Philippiones by Karcher authorized distributors or dealers.
This warranty does not cover any:
- Improper installation, transportation handling, improper storage, accidental damage and power supply fluctuation at customer’s site.
- Faults caused by negligence or misuse
- Acts of God - Usage of non-approved chemicals or cleaning agents, engine oil and pump lubricant.
- Operating and handling that does not comply within the user manual.
- Lack of maintenance. - Use of unsuitable power supply, fuel and inadequate water supply.
- Use of undersized extension wire or extension wire length longer than 20 meters.
- Unauthorized repair or modification on the machine
- Serial no. appearing on the product has been altered, defaced or removed.
