Corporate Guiding Principles

Each one of us has their personal principles that decisions are based on and help to reach goals. For our daily cooperation, for fulfilling our duties, for our continued success it is important that we have principles that we share with all our Kärcher colleagues. They show who we are, what we want, and how we make a difference in our customers’ lives. In these corporate guiding principles, our central ideas are described. These had already been shaped by Alfred and Irene Kärcher, who in their day were very pioneering by putting people at the center of their and our work.
