Eligibility & Purchase Requirement

• For every PHP 25,000 worth of purchase, customer earns one (1) raffle entry
  Purchases must be based on official invoice value (net of discounts but inclusive of VAT/, if applicable).
• Buy any Kärcher Professional product worth ₱25,000 or more in a single receipt
• For every ₱25,000 spent, you get 1 raffle coupon
  Example:
    • Spend ₱25,000 = 1 coupon
    • Spend ₱50,000 = 2 coupons
    • And so on!
• Multiple entries are allowed.
  Purchases must be:
  FULLY PAID / NO OVERDUE BEFORE EVERY DRAW
  Supported by an official Sales Invoice (SI) dated within the promo period

Official raffle coupons shall be:

• Printed, issued, and controlled by Kärcher Philippines
  Sequentially numbered for tracking and audit purposes
  Coupons will be distributed to authorized distributors with proper documentation and monitoring

Each coupon must contain:

• Control/serial number
• Company name
• Contact person, mobile number, email
• Address
• Product purchased and invoice number
• Name of distributor/dealer
  (Only original, complete, and untampered coupons will be considered valid)

1. Customer purchases qualifying product and completes full payment within the invoice due date.
2. Customers are issued corresponding raffle coupon/s.
3. The customer fills out required details in the coupon.
4. Kärcher Sales validates entries/coupons and submit them to Finance.
5. Entries are forwarded to Finance for logging and safekeeping.

1. Distributor issues raffle coupon/s upon sales to Company Customers.
2. Company Customer fills out the raffle coupon completely.
3. Distributor must submit the following to Kärcher:
4. Original raffle coupon/s
5. Copy of Sales Invoice (SI) and/or O.R of Distributor/Dealer.
6. Entries are endorsed to Kärcher based on submission schedule.
   (Incomplete documents will result in disqualification)

• All valid entries must be submitted to Kärcher Philippines at least one (1) week before each raffle draw date
• Entries submitted beyond the deadline will be disqualified.

• Entries will be categorized based on invoice date and completeness of submission:
  1st Draw: Entries from May 15 until August 30 cut-off
  2nd Draw: Entries from September 01 until December 16 cut-off

• September 17, 2026 – 2 Winners VESPA 125 ( 2 Units) SRP: PHP 160,000
• December 16, 2026 – 1 Winner VESPA 180 (1 Unit) SRP: PHP 218,000
  (Draw venue: Kärcher Philippines Office or designated venue)

• Three (3) Vespa Scooters

Prize Conditions:

• Non-transferable
• Not convertible to cash
• Color/model subject to availability

Winners will be notified through:

• Registered mail / email / mobile number
• Official Kärcher Philippines social media channels

Winners must present:

• Valid government-issued ID
• Original Sales Invoice
• Proof of purchase

If claiming via representative:

• Authorization letter
• Representative’s valid ID
• Prizes must be claimed within 60 days from receipt of notice

• Prizes not claimed within the prescribed period will be forfeited in favor of Kärcher Philippines with prior DTI approval

The following will be disqualified:

• Employees of Kärcher Philippines and its distributors
• Immediate family members (up to 2nd degree)
• Entries with:

1. Incomplete raffle coupons
2. Missing Sales Invoice or official receipt (O.R)
3. Tampered or duplicated documents

By participating, winners agree to allow Kärcher Philippines to use their name/company and images for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

All applicable taxes, registration, and transfer fees related to the prize shall be shouldered by the winner, unless otherwise stated.
